We are looking for an Accountant , who will be based in our Chicago office.
Your Team
Within CFO Global Performance Steering (GPS), the Business Partnering team is a key contributor to foster bold and proactive steering towards the AGCS ambition. The team has a clear mandate to not only support, but also challenge the business leaders and be a constructive partner for the senior leadership team.
The Impact You Will Have
Based in Chicago and reporting to the Head of Business Partnering of the Americas in Global Performance Steering (GPS), you will be responsible for the performance steering of the Latin America region. You will perform standard planning and reporting tasks as well as other value-adding analyses to provide transparency on drivers behind current and future financial performance and support the decision-making process and portfolio steering.
The position provides comprehensive insights into the LoB’s financials & strategy and supports the respective business leaders. You will play a key role in building bridges between our Finance and Underwriting departments as well as sharing best practice within Global Performance Steering (GPS) and the wider finance community.

What You’ll Bring To The Role
The annualized base pay range for this role is $62902 - $95107. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
