We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our team to lead the onsite operations of the projects to which they are assigned.
Position Overview:
Construction Supervisors provide on-site leadership, guiding both our internal teams and clients through the phases of a project lifecycle. From pre-construction meetings to final payment collection and post-project warranty support, our Construction Supervisors are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and quality construction. Working collaboratively with the Construction Coordinator, they develop individualized construction plans, oversee site operations, ensure construction quality, proactively address challenges, expedite project timelines, and foster positive relationships with our trade partners. Plain and simple, they ensure that the quality and execution of construction delivers the customer what they're looking for.

Detail Oriented & Efficient: Meticulously ensures quality of product and efficiency throughout the construction process.

Qualifications:
- Strong conflict resolution skills and excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven track record of excellence in time management, organization and planning
- Proficiency with common technology such as an Ipad, Laptop and works well in Google Suite, with a focus on spreadsheet manipulation
- Experienced in residential or commercial construction supervision or management preferred. Other managerial experience is also welcome
- Preferred BS/BA degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields and/or PMP or equivalent certification
