Immediate opening for a Full Time Groundskeeper at Novo on 52nd Apartments in Lynnwood, WA!

We currently have an opening for a Full Time Groundskeeper at Novo on 52nd Apartments in Lynnwood, WA. The best candidate has a positive, can-do attitude and works well in a team environment.

We Offer:

• 
  $20 per hour
• Full time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.

General Duties:

• 
  Grounds keeping by walking the property daily and picking up trash and items that do not belong.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms, and other areas on the property.
• Be able to operate a pressure washer and perform pressure washing duties.
• Clean out the common laundry rooms as needed and clean the machines when needed.
• Wash walls, floors, ceilings, storage rooms, and walkways.
• Empty wastebaskets
• Empty and cleans ashtrays.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies.
• Replace light bulbs.
• Cut and trim grass, and shovel snow.
• Transport small equipment or tools between departments.

Qualifications:

• 
  Education/Experience: High School education or equivalent, or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations with other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying.
