As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a busy food and beverage location, you will make rounds throughout the property, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and support team members and visitors with clear communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, associates, and delivery personnel by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and driver check-in and/or check-out as directed by post orders, including verifying identification and issuing temporary credentials when authorized.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.
• Complete timely reports and logs, document incidents, and communicate observations to on-site management and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
