What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mow Crew Leader position at Allscapes Property Services?
Job Description: The mow crew leader is responsible for the management of all mowing accounts including both commercial and residential properties and making sure they are done with both precision and accuracy
Job Functions:
· Supervise and manage mow crew
· Care for established customers lawns including mowing, trimming and blowing off of each property
· Supervise 1-2 mow crew members to ensure completion of each property
· Develop and maintain excellent customer service with both new and potential customers
· Weekly maintenance of flower beds
· Weekly maintenance of all equipment
Job Qualifications:
· A valid driver’s license is required
· A high school diploma or GED is preferred
· Minimum of one year of commercial mowing experience is required
· Ability to multitask, plan and set priorities with minimal supervision
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
· Ability to pay strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
