Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Specialist based in Fort Worth, TX, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. The Life Insurance Specialist will focus on providing tailored insurance solutions by identifying clients’ needs and offering appropriate life insurance and related financial products. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, delivering excellent customer service, educating clients on various financial products, and driving insurance sales while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards. The role requires strong customer interaction and relationship-building skills, supporting individuals in securing their financial future.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Insurance Sales and knowledge of various insurance products
- Strong Customer Service skills, with an emphasis on relationship building and client satisfaction
- Proficiency in Finance and understanding of financial planning concepts
- Experience in Sales with a proven ability to educate clients and close transactions effectively
- State life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Capability to thrive in both in-office environments and remote work settings
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required
