The Sales Team

The Arity Sales team plants the seeds of our company’s success. We’re looking for candidates who bring a unique concoction of consulting, business development, technology, and—of course—sales experience to help our business take off. The Role
The Business Development Manager - Insurance Solutions will lead sales strategy for the Arity Insurance Solutions product segment to create and execute both short and long-term sales strategies. Furthermore, this role will lead the creation and execution of short and long-term sales strategy for assigned Insurance Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and leveraging subject matter experts within Arity for sales discussions
  • Representing Arity at industry conferences and events
  • Beginning and advancing sales discussions within target markets on Arity’s insurance products
  • Identify new markets or customers within product vertical
  • Training and supporting other Arity teams on product segment messaging
  • Contributing feedback and direction on sales messaging to product marketing
  • Gain a thorough understanding of Arity, its products and strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Comfortable selling into the insurance vertical
  • Larger Enterprise Complex Sales Experience
  • Understands Data and Analytics Sales


Preferred Qualifications

  • 10 years or more of experience
  • 4 year Bachelor Degree

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $117,500.00 - 161,600.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
