Job Responsibilities
· Maintain and handle all tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
· Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
· Keep accurate records by regularly updating the general ledger.
· Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
· Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
· Assist with payroll processing and tax filings as needed.
· Communicate with vendors regarding billing inquiries.
· Provide administrative support to the accounting team as required.
Qualifications & Skills
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
· 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
· Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables) and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
· Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
