This is $120,000 (or more!) total compensation opportunity, including base salary. If you have sales experience, this is the career you have been looking for! As an Insurance Licensed Sales Professional, you will help grow our local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
  • Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
  • Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
  • Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
  • Provide a positive customer experience
  • Job Qualifications

    • Strong interest in an insurance career
    • Willing to obtain Property & Casualty License prior to hire (FL 220 or 440 license required prior to hire)
    • Previous insurance experience is not required
    • Previous sales experience required
    • Confident, motivated, high energy individual
    • Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
