Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define payment-related business requirements.
- Analyze and document end-to-end payment processes including card-based payments (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), UPI, ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, RTGS, NEFT, etc.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Define user stories, use cases, process flows, and business rules related to payment systems.
- Support product roadmap development for payment platforms or services.
- Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to payment authorization, settlement, fraud prevention, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and validate functionality during UAT.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups (Agile/Scrum environment).
- Conduct GAP analysis between existing systems and new business requirements.
- Support integration with third-party payment processors, acquirers, and banking APIs.
