The Cabinets Installation Manager oversees the activities of the team. They ensure that everyone is working efficiently and safely, and that production targets and quality standards are met. In addition to their normal, daily tasks, Managers will perform these additional functions:
Cabinets Installation Manager Responsibilities
- Manage hiring and training new Cabinets Installers and Helpers
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
- Help resolve employee issues and disputes
- Review and approve timecards
- Perform onsite inspections for quality control after installation and communicate to Builders & Schedulers
- Hire Temps services when needed, Approve Temps service invoices
- View and approve Race Trac purchases.
- Schedule Box trucks for maintenance and service
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Cabinets Installations
- Ability to lead a team, coordinate, delegate and monitor multiple projects with little supervision
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
