The Opportunity
This role is on a hybrid schedule in office a few days a week with 2 remote days.
As an Analyst II on the IT/Cyber Risk team, the qualified candidate is responsible for performing testing to ensure key IT/IS controls are designed appropriately and working effectively to mitigate risks. This individual will perform all aspects of controls testing starting from scoping to communicating results. The successful candidate will have experience in IT Audit, Information Security, or Risk Consulting. The position will require the ability to effectively consult on IT/Information Security risks and issues and manage multiple priorities efficiently while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
The Work Itself
- Perform Independent Risk Management testing for IT/IS controls which includes assessing the design and operating effectiveness of the control structure and compliance with policies and standards.
- Document test results and provide support for an informed, objective opinion of the risk exposure.
- Draft testing observations and provide recommendations to management both verbally and in writing.
- Review management action plans to assess effectiveness of proposed remediation and appropriateness of the timeline.
- Identify emerging technology risks and lead the dialog among stakeholders to ensure that these risks are considered for entry into the IT risk register.
The Skills You Bring
- 1 years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, or Information Security.
- Experience in the banking industry, preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in performing assessments aligned with Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) guidance and information security-related standards such as COBIT, ISO2700x, and PCI-DSS, preferred.
- Industry designation preferred (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC).
- Bachelor's degree required in relevant field of study.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Strong detail orientation with ability to research, compile, and report on data.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a cross-functional team.
- Good organizational skills, ability to establish priorities.
- Ability to multi-task, handle competing priorities and follow through on all open items/tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. Archer (preferred) , reporting tools (SharePoint preferred).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and security.

Salary : $65,000 - $115,000
