Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Program, set up and operate various multi-axis CNC mills, lathes and other shop machines with minimal supervision.
- In-depth experience with inspection methods and hands on experience with calipers, micrometers and other manufacturing inspection gages.
- Advanced experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerances.
- Experience with on machine programming and MasterCam
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and other manufacturing specifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience setting up programming and operating CNC multi axis mills machining both hard and soft metals.
- Must have work experience with CAD/CAM packages, M-Codes and G-Code programming, and print to part manufacturing.
