Events Coordinator

Description

Alma is looking for a variable part time Event Coordinator. 

We seek to deliver gracious hospitality and top-notch service to every guest. This position is required to perform a variety of responsibilities from event planning, coordination and service that result in consistent, high quality hospitality in our restaurant and event spaces. This position will work closely with the restaurant Alma service team to develop and motivate members, through constructive feedback as well as continuing training and education to ensure the team is high functioning and having fun. The Events Coordinator will communicate with guests about their needs for their special event as well as communicating with the event and kitchen staff about what is needed and what is possible.

Requirements

• 2 years management experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Weekend and evening availability
