We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Merchandiser & Product Developer to join our team and lead product from concept to order.
Role Overview:
As our Merchandiser & Product Developer, you will manage the full lifecycle of our accessory collections(seasonal, party favors, cosmetics, novelty, toy, beauty accessories, skincare)—from trend research and product ideation to vendor communication and merchandising strategy. You’ll be responsible for creating strong seasonal assortments that reflect our brand identity, resonate with our customer, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research trends, colors, and materials specific to seasonal items, beauty accessories, skin care, cosmetics, party favors, toys and novelty items.
- Build and manage seasonal line plans in alignment with brand strategy and revenue goals
- Develop detailed product briefs and tech packs for new designs
- Source and manage vendor relationships for cost-effective and quality production
- Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams on timelines, launches, and go-to-market strategies
- Review samples and lead product revisions to ensure design intent and functionality
- Analyze sell-through, inventory, and customer feedback to optimize future assortments
- Ensure SKU productivity, pricing architecture, and merchandising plans support brand
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, or related field
- 3 years experience in merchandising or product development, preferably in accessories
- Strong eye for trend and detail, with the ability to translate inspiration into commercially viable product
- Experience managing product timelines, sourcing, and vendor communications
- Proficient in Microsoft suite- Excel, Power Point, Word, Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Passion for accessories and a deep understanding of customer needs in the space
