Responsibilities;

Lead, manage and hold accountable, your assigned Foreman
Ensure each Foreman knows what to do and what not to do at each of his accounts
Ensuring we are delivering a high-quality service on each property.
Regularly visit your accounts. Take pictures and notes of condition. Go over with Foreman
Meet Foreman on-site and walk-through the job.
Provide feedback and give clear directives.
Fill out QC report and record score.
Ensure the foreman crew executes on your directions
Ensure each Foreman is conducting pre-work walk throughs before each job
Consistently Train- “Show, then tell”:
Plant ID and horticultural knowledge
Safety procedures, equipment operation, pesticide, herbicides, fertilizers,
Leadership Skill & Work Ethic
Communicate with other Managers regularly via phone, email and in person
Participate in the morning Foreman meeting and deliver specific maintenance notes to the appropriate crew on the correct morning.
Ensure department trucks are kept clean and organized.
Ensure Foreman and crews are using the appropriate PPE.
Complete 1-man jobs as needed such as, herbicide or pesticide spraying, small installation projects, material purchasing, and minor irrigation troubleshooting
Adjust irrigation controllers seasonally/ as needed
Salary : $48,700 - $61,700
