About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated, relationship-driven Client Care Coordinator to join our leadership team. This is a full-time, salaried position for someone who is flexible, organized, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities
Client Relations & Care Oversight
- Conduct new client assessments and onboardings
- Develop and maintain personalized care plans
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and their families
- Perform regular client check-ins and wellness visits
- Collect Google reviews and testimonials from satisfied clients
- Introduce new caregivers to clients at the start of service to ensure a smooth transition
- Step in to cover caregiver shifts in rare or emergency situations (e.g., last-minute call-outs)
Caregiver Support
- Collaborate with the hiring and scheduling team to ensure optimal caregiver-client matches
- Support caregiver success through communication and guidance
- Address concerns or issues with empathy and prompt resolution
Community Outreach & Growth
- Attend networking and community events to promote Aloha’s services
- Build referral relationships with case managers, social workers, and elder care professionals
- Help grow the agency’s visibility and client base through community presence
Administrative & Team Support
- Maintain accurate client documentation and records
- Coordinate with internal leadership to improve systems and care outcomes
- Contribute ideas and take ownership of your role as a key team member
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A natural people person with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible and able to respond to client and caregiver needs outside of regular business hours
- Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable representing Aloha in professional and community settings
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in home care, healthcare, case management, or related fields
- A medical background (e.g., caregiver, nurse, or administrative experience)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with home care software and basic administrative tools (we’ll train you)
