    • Job Summary :

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window and Door Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial windows and doors. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Responsibilities :
  • Scheduling
  • Install, repair, and maintain various types of windows and doors.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to window and door systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during on-site visits.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition.
  • Complete job reports and documentation accurately and promptly.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in window and door installation or repair preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

    • Experience :

  • Construction : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Maintenance / Repair : 1 year (Preferred)
