Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist with a background as a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). This role focuses on driving quality initiatives, improving clinical processes, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, without the requirement for direct patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to analyze and improve workflows, policies, and procedures.
  • Collect, interpret, and report data related to quality metrics and regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate training and education programs on quality improvement standards for clinical staff.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and create action plans for performance improvement.
  • Stay informed on best practices, evidence-based guidelines, and innovations in quality improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Current RN license or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)or other similar certification combined with Hospital experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree, supplemented with 3-5 years of previous hospital and quality improvement job-related experience.
  • Ideal candidate also has either CPHQ or Lean Six Sigma
