- Manage multiple commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through final turnover
- Prepare and maintain profit projections, cost reports, and WIP tracking
- Collaborate with field superintendents to ensure on-time, under-budget project delivery
- Create and maintain project schedules, SOVs, and pay applications
- Coordinate manpower planning in partnership with the General Superintendent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and owners
- Lead project change management including change orders and tracking logs
- Respond to RFIs and review drawings, addendums, and field changes for construction alignment
- Approve vendor invoices and manage project budgets
- Ensure all work aligns with OSHA safety standards and NEC compliance
- 8 years of electrical construction experience, ideally within design-build environments
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and low-voltage systems
- Proficiency in project scheduling and estimating practices
- Familiarity with Accubid or similar estimating software (highly preferred)
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working from the Monterey Park office and traveling to project sites nationwide
- High School Diploma or GED required
- OSHA safety awareness in electrical construction
- Ability to read, understand, and execute electrical estimates and plans
