We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events, including corporate functions, product launches, and private celebrations. From initial concept to post-event evaluation, you will ensure every event is successful, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute events from start to finish based on client objectives.
Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, AV setup, transportation, and staffing.
Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align on goals and expectations.
Oversee on-site event setup and provide real-time problem-solving.
Prepare post-event reports and analyze performance and feedback.
Ensure all events comply with safety, legal, and brand standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in event coordination or project management.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required.
