- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute client strategies and deliverables.
- Track client performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and strengthen client relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
