We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess strong attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to anticipate the needs of the team. Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the executive team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Act as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
