As the Project Supply Chain Leader, you will be in charge of coordinating Supply Chain activities for your project, from Tender to project end, and representing the Supply Chain function within the Project Core Team. You will be collaborating with material planners, and external suppliers regularly to ensure our projects are moving forward effectively and efficiently. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing Supply Chain processes based on Tender team requirement
- Synchronizing Supply Chain processes vs Industrial requirements
- Driving key activities to ensure all conditions related to suppliers' deliveries, logistics flows, stock policy and system management are met while meeting logistics QCD objectives defined
- Managing Specific Conditions for Vendors
- Identifying Suppliers for which capacity is at risk before Business Award
- Coordinating Supply Chain activities related to planning changes, suppliers' changes or technical modifications with significant impact on supplier's capacity or logistics flows
- Supporting Supply Chain organization in case of critical deliveries issues at suppliers
- Coordinating all Supply Chain activities to secure the end of production (Missing Parts) while minimizing costs and obsolete inventories
To be successful in this role you will need to met established company KPI's focused on ensuring no production shortages, and minimal excess inventory. You will need to bring exceptional collaborative problem solving skills to be effective. Having experience in a manufacturing environment will also be very helpful.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in supply chain
- At least 3 years of experience working in SAP or similar ERP System
- Fluent in English
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience with external vendors and clients
- APICS Certifications are desirable
- Ability to deal quickly and effectively with a variety of topics
- Effective communication
- Result driven
- Remote and multicultural management
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or related field
