This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, OH, for an Assistant Vice President – Office Acquisition & Expansion. The role involves identifying, negotiating, and acquiring office spaces to support the company's growth. Responsibilities include market research, site assessment, site visits, collaboration with vendors, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and overseeing the end-to-end expansion process. The individual will work closely with internal teams to align expansion strategies with the company’s goals, ensuring timely and cost-effective office acquisitions.
- Strong skills in Market Research, Space Acquisition, and Site Assessment
- Experience in Business Development, Vendor Management, and Negotiation
- Project Management and Budgeting expertise
