We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ICAM (Identity, Credential, and Access Management) projects, specifically focusing on Credential Management Systems (CMS) such as Intercede MyID or HID ActivIdentity. This individual will oversee project execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful deployment and integration of security systems and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PKI, HSPD-12, Smart Cards, and Credential Management, along with a proven track record of managing complex, security-focused technology projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage ICAM projects involving Intercede MyID, HID ActivIdentity, and other CMS, ensuring that all phases of the project (planning, execution, monitoring, and closing) are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, operations) to ensure seamless integration of PKI solutions (e.g., Entrust PKI, Microsoft PKI, EJBCA PKI) with other security technologies.
- Manage the integration and configuration of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), Smart Cards, and other related security components, ensuring compliance with federal security standards and organizational policies.
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of Windows Servers, both on-premise and in the cloud, and ensure that these environments are properly integrated with credential management systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and ensuring successful communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks or issues and implementing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Ensure compliance with HSPD-12 and other federal security guidelines, ensuring that all identity and credentialing systems are implemented in accordance with security best practices.
- Manage project documentation, including risk assessments, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing leadership and guidance on project management best practices and security technologies.
