Receptionist needed for a busy fast-paced, veterinary hospital. Work schedule is Monday thru Friday's, hours of operations are 8am-5pm. Looking for a friendly, outgoing, reliable, & competent person who can multi-task, take initiative, communicate effectively, use common sense, are a problem solver and a team player. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering multi-line phone system, maintain an effective appointment schedule, screening emergencies and prioritizing cases, checking patients in and out, responding to client emails, retrieving and sending medical records to specialists, discussing parasite prevention, and providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience as receptionist preferred, but not required.
