Job Overview
Engineer III, Performs Master level work to monitor and maintain operation of various systems to ensure ongoing proper, safe and effective operation in accordance with established quality standards, regulatory and licensing requirements. Performs varied tasks involving electrical, plumbing, construction, repairs all power plant equipment and auxiliary equipment such as boilers, chillers, pump motors, and humidifiers; repairs and maintains assigned machinery, performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots and repairs equipment.

Duties
- Monitors and maintains various systems to ensure ongoing proper, safe and effective operation in accordance with established quality standards, regulatory and licensing requirements.
- Conducts regular preventive maintenance of all equipment and systems to ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing standards and requirements.
- Performs varied tasks involving electrical, plumbing, construction.
- Repairs all power plant equipment and auxiliary equipment such as boilers, chillers, pump motors, and humidifiers.
- Troubleshoots and repairs equipment.
-Repairs and/or replaces broken or worn parts including, but not limited to: motors, thermostats, humidistat, fixtures, valves, pipes, connections and fittings.

- Maintains all records and files of preventive maintenance and inspection tests.

- Prepares reports of repairs and services in compliance with established policies, standards and regulatory requirements.

- Schedules, coordinates and implements emergency drills and test procedures to ensure proper operation of all backup emergency systems.

- Investigates and follows up on complaints to ensure timely response and/or appropriate resolution to concerns/issues.

- Has knowledge of the TJC and department and hospital policies and procedures that govern the Maintenance Department.

- Performs any assigned task and helps other crafts as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.96 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

• Las Vegas, NM 87701 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Las Vegas, NM 87701: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
