POSITION SUMMARY:
The Client Invoicing Coordinator is responsible for processing periodic client billings for an assigned group of clients.
PRIMARY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow agreed upon procedures for billing client i.e., billing cycle schedule, formats
- Utilizing the Audit Report, ensure all assigned client billing information is complete and correct; correct any omitted and/or inaccurate information
- Utilizing the Ledger Balance Report, ensure information in individual ledger is complete and correct; correct any omitted and/or inaccurate information
- Reconcile the Audit and Ledger Balance Reports, then prepare detailed and itemized spreadsheet reflecting outstanding balance due to Altair and email to client in client specific format
- Monitor receipt of payment from client; compute and bill client interest for late payment as needed
- Non-routine assignments as requested by the Corporate Controller and/or Altair management
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent combination of experience, skills, training and education
TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high transaction accounting environment
- General knowledge of accounting concepts, processes and procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Word & Excel and Outlook; knowledge of other widely accepted accounting software preferred; good keyboarding skills with the ability to input data quickly and accurately
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Expertise using calculator and 10 key
