CAE Engineer
Job Summary :
Our client in the Dayton, OH area is looking for a Validation Engineer (CAE). This is a Contract position.
The Engineer is responsible for the creating & documentation of modeling plans to the engineering team. They will initiate the new process & tools utilizing FEA & computer engineering programs / software. The Engineer is responsible for overall development, test, evaluation & proving support for mass production startup based on customer requirements. The Engineer will work in cross functional teams within the organization to deliver project that meet customer and company requirements.
- Independent FEA modeling setup & model check to ensure accurate analysis
- Create project reports
- Project Management
- Act as a liason between customer and different groups within the company
- Evaluate validation requirement from customer and develop adequate test methods & design jigs
- Create test reports and present to customers
- Lead product testing and coordinate various activities
- Document test procedures, programs and test systems
- Other job duties as assigned.
