Primary Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Maintain Altar'd State's high guest service standards
- Act as a positive role model and contribute to a culture of teamwork
- Coach associates on guest interactions and recognize great performance
- Demonstrate accountability and ownership of behaviors and results
- Embrace feedback and use it to drive positive change
- Represent the brand well by adhering to dress and grooming standards
- Assist in constructing merchandising and window displays
- Participate in walk-throughs, communicate successes and opportunities
Qualifications
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Previous retail experience is preferred
- Ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting frequently
- Occasional need to climb ladders, stairs, or lift up to 30 pounds without assistance
