Alter Domus is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our rapidly growing and global organization. The Compensation Analyst will lead the North America compensation and reporting efforts and work with global counterparts on initiatives both regionally and globally. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead North America efforts for annual compensation planning and merit reviews
- Lead HR reporting efforts, including global reports for leadership team and local HR reports, such as EEO-1, diversity, and audit reports
- Participate in compensation surveys, conduct market reviews, and benchmark positions
- Manage North America job descriptions
- Assist with 401(k) plan administration and any other retirement plans as needed
- Provide benefits and payroll audit support each pay period
- Collaborate with teams and colleagues on global and regional projects as needed
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3- 5 years of compensation experience; previous related industry experience highly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills, along with other Microsoft Office apps – Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
- Experience using data and HRIS, mainly ADP Workforce Now and/or SuccessFactors, is a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional analytics, to problem solve, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding strategies and regulations, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment
- Exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Business acumen, strong ethical foundation, confidentiality, and discretion
- Outstanding organization, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt and develop new ideas and creative solutions to problems
