WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP) AT DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a crucial role in providing daily support to individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, such as bathing and dressing, providing transportation to appointments and community activities, and assisting with meal planning and preparation. You will also be responsible for implementing individualized support plans, promoting independence and community integration, and documenting individuals' progress and any relevant incidents or observations.
