Apartment Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge with carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills, both with residents and other team members.
- Team environment and take direction from a Service Manager.
- On call rotation will be required.
- Multi-tasking and adaptation are key elements to success! The Maintenance Technician must efficiently handle a changing environment and be capable of dealing with multiple people and various situations simultaneously.
- Lifting some heavy equipment
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment, HVAC preferred
- Expectations are in line with property when required, emergencies and some non-traditional hours and some weekends.
- Dependable transportation, tools, team player
- Must Pass Background and Pre-Employment Drug Screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
