THERAPY ASSISTANT – WINDSOR, CO
Full-Time | $17–$19/hour | Althoff Wellness Clinic

We are hiring a Therapy Assistant to support patients in a hands-on, educational, and compassionate role. This position is ideal for someone who is nurturing with patients and also highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will set up and guide patients through in-clinic therapies including:
- Spinal Decompression
- Whole Body Vibration
- SoftWave Therapy
- Interferential Therapy
- Neuromed
- PEMF
- Class IV Laser Therapy
You will also:
- Provide daily SoftWave therapy for multiple patients
- Follow contraindications and safety guidelines for all therapies
- Support neuropathy re-evaluations, including compliance questions, sensory testing, and thermography scans
- Educate patients on nutrition, supplements, gut health support, and at-home therapies
- Help patients understand expectations and stay compliant with care plans
- Have meaningful conversations that support retention, continued care, and referrals
- Assist with patient flow, intake/check-outs, and basic administrative tasks
- Monitor and manage supplement and equipment inventory
- Maintain clean, orderly, and professional therapy spaces
- Support workshops, community outreach, and SoftWave trial experiences
- Assist with simple marketing tasks (Canva, videos, TV slides)
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient privacy

SCHEDULE & PAY
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (with breaks)
- Fridays: may work occasionally
- Starting Pay: $17–$19/hour (based on experience)
- Occasional weekend events
