JOB SUMMARY
Support the marketing team by assisting in the development of marketing materials and completion of various marketing promotions. Continually strives to improve the quality of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Sales and Marketing:
- Follow marketing plan to fulfill goals.
- Assist with creation of various marketing plans.
- Assist with creation of marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate advertising schedule and delivery of creative.
- Coordinate creation and distribution of public relations material.
- Assist marketing team proof all marketing material for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist sales and customer service teams with various projects.
- Assist in the enforcement of AMI’s minimum advertised price (MAP) policy.
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate tradeshows.
- Assist with other miscellaneous marketing related projects or events.
- Website:
- Assist with website creation, development, on-going maintenance, and updates.
- Evaluate user experience and communicate feedback and/or suggested improvements.
- Assist in the maintenance of product and option database.
- Assist in the identification of product information, media/photography needs, and coordinate content creation as needed.
- Monitor site statistics/analytics data regularly.
- Optimize web pages/content for SEO.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain, update, and enhance CRM for long-term effectiveness.
- Coordinate CRM training for various employees and departments as needed.
- Maximize lead gathering effectiveness and ensure leads are effectively handled.
- Fulfill literature requests, lead conversions and warranty registrations.
- Social Media:
- Coordinate content creation for social media sites.
- Recruit and manage independent contributors to social media.
- Coordinate social media advertising campaigns.
- Continually evaluate effectiveness of social sites and strategies.
- Monitor engagement on social sites and respond to customer inquiries.
- Convert social conversations to leads whenever possible.
- Understands and adheres to Quality & Compliance policies and procedures.
- Follows safety procedures and maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Utilizes appropriate personal protective equipment where/when necessary.
- Contributes to a respectful, non-hostile, non-violent work environment.
- Understands the purpose, value, and impact work has on product customers and users.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary : $39,200 - $49,700
