Responsibilities:
- Supervise participants during activities to guarantee their safety
- Enforce rules and regulations to uphold a safe and respectful environment
- Address and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise among participants
- Assist in the organization and coordination of activities
- Offer guidance and support to participants when necessary
- Effectively communicate with participants, parents, and staff members
Requirements:
- Preferred experience working with children
- Knowledge or background in basketball is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in conflict management
- Experience in sports coaching or similar roles is beneficial
