Perfusionist - Dayshift call

13-weeks
The Perfusionist provides quality perfusion care for patients requiring mechanical support of the cardiovascular system during surgery or treatment modality.
Conducts extracorporeal circulation under the direction of a cardiothoracic surgeon and assists in the operation of the intra-aortic balloon pump and cell saver.
Provides continuous quality improvement through statistical outcome analysis, education, multidisciplinary approach to patient care, prudent resource utilization and cost center accountability.
Job Requirements
Cardiovascular Perfusionist - Certified | American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion | Within 12 Months of Start Date
Basic Life Support (BLS) | American Heart Association (AHA) | Prior to Start Date

M-F 40 hrs, plus call 1 in 3
