- List of Duties
- Reconciles difficult accounts (e.g. billing and collection system, fixed asset system or bank reconciliation) to Famis
- Assist in budget preparation
- Performs the duties of Accounting Clerk 1 and ll
- Performs other duties as required
- Checks Fleet purchase orders and contracts, to ensure enough spending authority to pay current and future invoices.
- Running and creating reports to compare services and parts ordered/used in comparison to invoices received
- Contract entry and change orders, paperwork review and reconciliation
- Requisitions for creating purchase orders, collecting documentation
- Accounts Payable Invoice Tracking
- Performs other related duties as required. General administrative assistance.
