Requirements
- Minimum of 2 yrs experience
- Minimum 2 year end-of-life hospice w/ comfort kit experience
- Must live up to 10 miles away from clients
- Able to support all ADL's
- Be available for day or night shifts
- Registered HCA
- TB Test
- Proof of work authorization
