Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Meets health state requirements
- Recent physical
- 2 PPD's or QuantiFERON Blood Test
- Three References (Professional)
- Positive and compassionate attitude
Responsibilities
- Must be able to read patient's care plan
- Observes and monitors changes in patient condition
- Maintain healthful, safe environment.
- Provide nutritional and environmental support.
- Assist patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, snacks, toileting etc.
- Provide medication reminders
