Facilities Technician I. needed in Blum, Tx. & Whitney, Texas. / Minimum of 5 years of progressive responsibility and related experience working in an Industrial setting required, preferably in a regulated production / operations facility.
1st shift: 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $18.00-$22.50.

- Must have general knowledge of facility systems such as, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, waste management, grounds, carpentry, and general maintenance.
- Ensure all work performed is complaint with company policies, processes, and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Use problem solving tools to identify root cause for repetitive breakdowns or other losses.
- Requires use of technology daily and must be knowledgeable in computerized maintenance management systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- May be required to be on call / opportunity for OT (weekdays and weekends) will be available on occasions.
