Industrial Maintenance Technician

21-$35 / hr 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am 10% Shift Dif
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree or above in machinery, electronics, and automation.
At least 2-3 years of relevant practical work experience, and familiarity with the photovoltaics manufacturing or semiconductor production industry, is preferred.
Exceptional troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical, and automation components preferred.
Good knowledge of pneumatic systems.
Ability to operate shop equipment, bench tools, hand tools, inspection, and test equipment.
Ability to use data analysis tools like MS Excel and other applications.
Dedicated and strive to achieve, hardworking and reliable, be able to adapt to shifts, and work well under pressure.
Bilingual Spanish preferred
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to train junior production personnel
Ability to solve complicated equipment malfunction independently and with minimum supervision
Generate and analyze data to effectively communicate reporting to leaders
Master the structure and working principle of factory production equipment and facilities, and learn and improve their own equipment maintenance skills and level.
Conduct regular and scheduled inspection of the production equipment in the factory to ensure that the equipment is in good condition and eliminate potential equipment failures.
Make daily operation records and maintenance records of the equipment system in a timely manner.
Ability to detect, isolate, and identify irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
Assist with aligning machines and equipment during installation, using hoists, jacks, squares, ruler, micrometers, and plumb bobs.
Support in repairing any problems associated with new equipment.
Follow work arrangements, timely repair the faulty equipment reported for repair, and ensure the maintenance quality.
Maintain the equipment to prolong the longevity of service life and improve its utilization rate.
