Role
Amangiri is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This individual will provide exceptional guest service while maintaining the highest standards in bar operations and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of cocktails, wine, and spirits while also assisting as a Server when needed. This is a hands-on role that combines technical skill with gracious hospitality.

Role
Amangiri is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. This individual will provide exceptional guest service while maintaining the highest standards in bar operations and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of cocktails, wine, and spirits while also assisting as a Server when needed. This is a hands-on role that combines technical skill with gracious hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests.
- Mix and serve beverages according to state, federal, and Aman standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding area.
- Monitor and restock bar inventory, including garnishes and supplies.
- Ensure accurate setup, breakdown, and sanitization of the bar area.
- Maintain secure storage and accurate reporting of all alcohol inventory.
- Communicate low inventory levels of wine or bar supplies to management.
- Assist with food running and support service staff during peak hours.
- Support setup and breakdown of special events as needed.
- Attend all training sessions and uphold Aman service standards.
- Prior bartending or food & beverage experience in a luxury setting preferred.
- TIPS and ServSafe certifications required.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Proficient in Micros, SevenRooms, Opera, or similar hospitality software.
- Flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work in a variety of climates.
- Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of discretion.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work well in a team environment.
