What are the responsibilities and job description for the Light Industrial Maintenance Tech position at Amapharm LLC?
Company is looking to expand our mechanical team within our pharmaceutical grade, climate-controlled packaging facility. The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance of all parts and equipment on the packaging line to maximize run time. They will monitor packaging operations and suggest any mechanical/electrical changes or upgrades that would increase efficiency. Responsible for preventative maintenance (PM) throughout the plant including Filters, Cappers, Weighers, Labelers, Conveyors, Bundlers etc.
Replace, repair and/or adjust mechanical parts to include, but not limited to, bearings, gearboxes, chains, sprockets, gaskets, seals, regulators, couplings etc. as needed. Electrical troubleshooting experience in PLC's, VFD's, A/C and D/C Circuits required.
