mazing Care Home Health is hiring a full-time PDN Coordinator for our Aurora or Colorado Springs office.
POSITION TITLE: PDN Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:
The PDN Coordinator will assume responsibility for initiating, maintaining, and updating all schedules in the system. The PDN Coordinator may also be requested to perform other duties as requested.
POSITION REQUIREMENT:
- At least one year experience scheduling clinical staff.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have experience working with computers and Microsoft programs.
- Must have the ability to work on task with little supervision or assistance.
- Ability to multitask, organizes work procedures, assume responsibility and
effectively communicate with staff.
- Possess excellent problem-solving techniques and abilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of clinician and client staffing needs.
ESPONSIBLE TO: Director of PDN
RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
- Ensures that all staff and client schedules are maintained and up to date.
- Process all time off requests and updates the schedule as indicated.
- Enters all schedules into the EMR system.
- Will maintain a professional relationship with clients, field clinicians and office staff.
- Assumes other job functions as assigned
