Payroll Specialist / Bookkeeper Part Time
Amazing Kidz Academy is a growing childcare company dedicated to providing excellent service and maintaining strong financial operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist/Bookkeeper to assist with payroll processing and bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy in financial records and work with the President to resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the President in support of financial operations.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years’ experience in payroll processing and bookkeeping.
- Experienced with ADP payroll software and QuickBooks accounting software
- Prior experience in a childcare or school setting
- Associates degree in accounting or business preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
