Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at Ambo Properties at Cleburne Oaks apartments located at 3224 Celeste Drive Cleburne, TX. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multi-family properties. This includes rent collection, lease administration, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. The Property Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and other property personnel.
Qualifications
- 3 years previous experience in multi-family properties
- Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant regulations and fair housing laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks

Salary : $37,500 - $47,400
