What are the responsibilities and job description for the Anesthesia Assistant (AA) position at Ambulatory Anesthesia Care (Southwest)?

  • No Call. When cases are done for the day, we are done for the day.
  • No Nights. Late-day coverage rarely ends after 6PM.
  • No Weekends. Elective Saturday cases are covered by providers on a volunteer basis who are rewarded with additional compensation.
  • Low-Stress Practice: No Obstetrics, no Cardiothoracic, no Trauma, no Neonates.
  • Professional Growth: Noble offers clinical management opportunities and on-going educational opportunities such as sponsoring attendance at ultra-sound guided regional anesthesia courses for qualified providers.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Credentialing across multiple facilities allows for early-out requests and personalized schedules.

Compensation:

  • Full time opportunities available
  • PRN opportunities available

Schedule

  • Typically averages 35-45 hours week with seasonal variation

Qualifications – AA

  • anesthesia assistant certified
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, ambulatory environment
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to several client sites (but rarely more than one per day).
