Job Duties: Employee Administration & Lifecycle Support Process and track employee lifecycle transactions (hires, job changes, terminations, promotions, etc.) within Workday with accuracy and timeliness. Generate, update, and manage personnel documentation, including offer letters, change forms, and separation notices. Assist with offboarding processes including exit documentation, system deactivations, and data closures. Shared Services & Employee Support Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and Workday system navigation. Manage HR service requests submitted through internal ticketing systems, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution. Maintain and update the Workday Help knowledge base and contribute to process documentation and FAQs. Compliance & Audits Ensure data quality and completeness of employee files and Workday records in alignment with SOX and HR compliance standards. Support periodic internal audits, data integrity reviews, and personnel action reconciliations. Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information. Onboarding & Culture Initiatives Assist with onboarding logistics and coordination for Shared Services and corporate hires, including orientation communications, tailored onboarding plans, and system access. Support employee appreciation efforts, culture-building events, and engagement initiatives led by the Senior Manager. HRIS Support Run standard and ad hoc reports from Workday as needed for analysis or compliance. Assist with mass updates, reclassifications, and structural changes under the direction of their direct Manager and People Technology team. Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years Human Resources experience preferably as an HR Coordinator, Specialist, or in a similar role Must have a minimum education level of: BA/BS degree (4 year) HR Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) preferred Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred) Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills Qualifications: Experience building solid relationships with Leaders at all levels Outstanding ability to manage relationships and balance customer, project, organization and team needs to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes Demonstrated ability to manipulate and analyze data and to present information in a way that allows leaders to make decisions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and in team environment Must be well organized, able to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and follow through on commitments Must handle confidential matters with appropriate discretion Ability to perform well in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment EEO/AAP Statement: DocGo is an equal opportunity employer.
